The Magistrates’ Court data included in this dashboard was extracted from the Courtlink database. The data includes all finalised applications for Family Violence Intervention Orders (FVIO) where the final hearing took place between 1 July 2017 and 30 June 2022. The dashboards below look at the number of applications heard in the Magistrates’ Court, the affected family members on the application and the person responding to the order.
